I.BATVANDE
Nhu cSu sii dung nang lupng dien ngay cang doi hdi cao ve so luong va chat lupng. Trong ca cau nguon di?n ciia hd thong difn Vift Nam thi thuy di?n van dang chidm mpt ty trpng cao (gin 40%), tuy nhidn ty trpng nay se co xu huong giam trong tuong lai (du kidn 23,1% nam 2020).

2. CO S 6 KHOA HQC VA PHlTONG PHAP XAC e p i H

2.1. Che d$ Um vifc dhi h?n cfla TTB trong thiet kl

Viec img dung cdng cu ndy de gidi bai todn ndu ttdn sd gidp gidm duoc khii lupng tinh todn, cho ket qua nhanh va ddng tin cdy.
3. AP DVNG TINH TOAN CHO T r a M * L * 3.1. Gidi thifu chung TTD My L^
Thuy difn My L^ nim d thupng ngudn sdng Cd, xd My Ly va Td Ca, huydn K^ Son, tinh Nghf An. Thiiy difn Mf Ly cd hd didu tidt nam, cdng suit lip mdy Nim = 250 MW, sdn lupng difn binh quan hdng ndm khodng Eo = 914,2 tridu kWh. Du dn Thuy didn My Ly dupe ddnh gid la d\r dn cd quy md tuong ddi ldn, du kidn phat difn Ifn mjng ludi difn qudc gia vao ndm 2020.
3.2. Phuomg phap tinh toan vd kit qua thu du'9'c
3.2.L Trong diiu ki$n thiit ki
Theo Tu van thiet ke, TTD My Ly dupe chpn vdi mirc nude dang binh thudng (MNDBT) Id 330 m, muc nude chet (MNC) Id 310 m, N^ Id 250 MW. D\ra trdn cd sd ly ludn d ttdn ve xdc djnh chf dp ddi h?n cua TTD ttong thidt kf.

Kdt qua tinh toan cho thiy khi MNC cang gidm thi Emk cdng tdng voi xu hudng tifm c|n vdi gid tri cvrc tri. Trong pham vi gidi han MNC dupe xem xet (MNC = 298 m) thi khi MNC cdng gidm flii Erft vln tdng ddng ki. 4. Ktl LUAN VA KIEN NGHI Bao cao da dua ra phuong phap luan tren ca sd khoa hpc va phuang phdp xac djnh chi dp huy dong ngudn thiiy dipn ddi ban khi cac TTD lam viee trong HTB. Tir kit qua tinh todn cho mot TTD cu the cho thdy hieu qua ciia phucmg phap dua ra. Ddng thdi, qua ket qua cua cac phuong phap tinh todn se giiip danh gia dung hon gid trj nang lugng cua TTD khi tham gia ldm viec trong he thdng, tir dd cho phep chon dugc thdng sd co lgi nhat cho TTD. Viec xac djnh chi dp dai han doi vdi cac TTD trong HTD trong dilu kipn thilt ke cung nhu van hanh phai dung tren quan dilm he thong va d trang thai dgng.

Abstract:
RESEARCHING EXPLOITATION REGIME OF LONG TERM SCHEDULED HYDROPOWER SOURCES IN VIETNAM POWER SYSTEM
In the composition of Vietnam power system, hydropower has a high proportion. Most medium and large hydropower stations in the system have reservoir for long-term scheduling. One of scheduling characteristics of these reservoirs is the impact of the impact which affects the operational eficiency of the whole system. This article presents the scientific basis and regime to exploit the long-term scheduled hydropower sources in design as well as in operation to improve the operational efficiency of hydropower, thereby reducing system costs. The obtained results from application for the My Ly hydropower station show the effectiveness of the methodology.
