This study inherits the scales of cooperation in the supply chain developed by Simatupang (2006), Cao and Zhang (2011) lo measure the collaboration of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam - the case study in Da Nang city. The output has demonstrated the suitability of the scales of supply chain collaboration in Vietnam and estimated the level of cooperation between actors in the supply chain of SMEs.
