Summary

The study aims to measure the impact of market orientation, learning orientation, and the mediating role of innovation in business performance of hotel and restaurant enterprises under the regulatory impact of the environment. The outcome shows that market orientation, learning orientation, innovation, environment create an impact on business performance. In addition, environment affects the causal relationship from market orientation, innovation and learning orientation to business performance.
