The paper analyzes detenmnants of FBI attraction from Japan into Bong Nai-based industrial zones. The outcome reveals factors including Investment Policy, Natural Conditions and Infrastructure. Investment Costs, Human Resources, Bevelopment of .supporting industries and Investment promotion activities. Since then, some implications are made to improve the qualm- and efficiency of FBI attraction activities from Japan in the coming time.
