Words that do not have a written accent and end in any other consonant (except n or s) always stress the last syllable. The tilde breaks the rules discussed previously and allows words to be stressed on any syllable (last, second-to-last, third-to-last, etc.). When nouns and adjectives with tildes (and without) are used in the plural, they must still stress the same stem syllable.
Most of the time, this means transferring the tilde to the plural form.
Pronunciation Rules for Syllable Stress
Para practicar en casa
Pay special attention to the stress of the stem syllable and if the tilde is transferred, lost or added to the plural form.

The use of the subject pronoun (él) in the answer is unnecessary because the subject in the question is already established.
