ABSTRACT:
Human Resource is ttie most valuable asset of any organization. However, some senior managers or tinman resource professionals still cannot comprehensively evaluate investment projects for improving the productivity and decision-maidng ability of their staff. This article is to rationalize the current situation and propose a comprehensive solution to help enteiprises tackle this problem.
