Ke't qua cho thd'y cd nhieu yd'u td' anh htfdng dd'n chia se tri thtfc ciaa nhan vien tai BIDV, nhtf: Ldi cud'n qua tinh each, Loi cud'n qua hanh vi, Truyen cam htfng, Kich tlilch trf tue va Quan tam cd nbdn.

1. Gidi thidu

ABSTRACT:

This study investigated whether the knowledge sharing behavior of staff working in the finance and banking industry is affected by the transformational leadership or not. The study's result revealed that there are several factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of staff working for Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), namely personal attractiveness, behavioral attractiveness, inspiration, intellectual stiinulation and individualized consideration.
