Adaptability of the goat pox virus (isolated from tlie goat testicular cells) on the goat Icidney, lamb icidney, lamb testicular primary cells and vero cell line

SUIVIMARY
7 goat pox virus strains isolated from goat testicular cells were tested their adaptability on the lamb testicular primary cells (LT), goat kidney cells (GK), lamb kidney cells (LK) and vero cell line. The testing results showed that all of 7 virus strains adapted well to the above cell culture types and caused cytopathic effect (CPE) at day 4'" and 5"* after inoculation in the passage 6""
and 7'^ The TCID50 index reached the highest value when these virus strains adapted on vero cells, following by LT, GK and LK cells.

2.1.3. Phuang phdp xdc djnh hipu gid virut (chi so TCID50)

2.1.4. Phuang phdp gidm djnh virut dau de - Tach chiet ADN tong sd tir mlu vimt gay nhidm tren te bao theo hudng din cua nha san xuat kit QIAamp DNA minikit cita hang QIAGEN.
