Method of using Viscozyme L enzyme for treating seaweed in the production of carrageenan from seaweed Kappaphycus alvarrezii (Doty) Doty has several advantages over the NaOH treatment method. Tuy nhidn, cdng dogn nay chi logi bo dupc Idp kiem bam d be mat than rong vS khdng ed tdc dyng vdi cdc Idp ben trong. Din Sk san pham thu dupc van edn Idn hda chat k i ^ .
