Nghiin cuu thuc hien phdng vdn tay doi vdi 5 nhdn viin y te (Id bdc sy, dugc sy vd dieu dudng co kinh nghiem Idm viec tren 4 nam) nhdm tim hiiu sdu nhiing nguyin nhdn ddn din sic chua thoa mdn trong cong viec cua nhdn vien; dong thdi, hiiu chinh, bo sung vd hodn thien thang do cho bdng khdo sat chinh thuc. Kit qua khdo sdt 223 nhdn viiny ti dang Idm viic tgi Benh viin Da khoa Dong Nai cho thdy, dong nghiep vd dieu kiin lam viec Id hai yiu to md nhdn viin edm thdy^ hdi long han nhirng yiu to con lai. Summary

The aim of this study is to offer recommenda- tions to increase satisfaction and commitment of medical staff working at Dong Nai General Hospital. Drawing upon the theoretical background, this study suggests a proposed model with six ele- ments that impact employee satisfaction; namely (1) Income and benefits, (2) Training and promotion, (3) Superior, (4) Co-workers, (5) Working condi- tions, and (6) Safety. The smdy has conducted to mixed methods; (1) qualitative indepth interviews to 5 experienced medical staff (doctors, pharmacists, nurses) to explore their insights to employee satis- faction; then, (2) quantitative survey to 223 medical staff at Dong Nai General Hospital. The research results indicate that Co-workers and Working condi- tions gain higher evaluation than other dimensions, whereas Safety is the least satisfying aspect.
