Through a survey of 253 indusirial enterprises in Phu Tho province, the author identifies a positive relationship between social responsibility to employees and financial performance of these enterprises through ROA and ROE criterias. In particular, factor of Working condition and social protection creates the strongest Impact on their financial performance.
