The authors study factors affecting the dynamic competitiveness of .small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Binh Duong province. The result points out six determinants, which are Connectivity capacity; Orientation capacity; Absorptive capacity; Creative capacity; Adaptive capacity; Organizational capacity. From this finding, a number of governance implications are proposed to improve the dynamic competitiveness of SMEs in Binh Duong.
