Abstract
Nowadays epoxidized vegetable oil is having great concern as they obtain from sustainable renewable natural resource and are environmental friendly. Epoxidied vegetable oil can act as a raw material for synthesis of vanety of chemical Including poiyols, glycol, carbonyl compound, lubricants, plasticizer for polymer, matrix for polymer composites ect. because of high reactivity of oxirane ring. This paper presents the conventional epoxidation of raw rubber seed oils of Vietnam with peroxyformic acid generated In situ by the reaction of 30% hydrogen peroxide with formic acid. The success of this reaction was demonstrated by FTIR spectmm analysis The reaction was carried out at 50°C, 60°C and 70°C and the mole ratio of double link to H20z varied from 1:1.5 to 1.3.5. The influence of stirring speed on heterogenous epoxidation reaction was also studied. The present of solvent reduced remarkableiy side reactions The epoxidized rubber seed oil with oxyran content 3.65% obtained was mixed with epoxidized linseed oil to produce man-stone.

2. Thirc nghidm 2.1. Nguyen lieu

metyl hexan hydropbatalic anhydrit (MHHPA) (My), I-metyl imidazone (NMI) (Thugng Hai Trung Qudc), hat thgch anh dudng kinh tnmg binh 2,5 mm ctia Viet Nam va mdt sd hda chat khdc.
2.2. Phirffng phdp nghien ciiru
2.2.1. Ddu kgt cao su vd ddu hgt cao su epoxy hoa Phan tich phd hdng ngoai dugc thyc hien tten may Tensor 27 (Bruker). Chi sd iot, chi sd axit, ham lugng nhdm epoxy duoc xac dinh lan I u 0 theo tieu chuin ASTM D1652, D1980-87'va 05768-02.
2.2.2. Dd nhdn tgo
Cac tinh chat dac tnmg ciia da nhan tao dugc xac djnh tai Trung tam Nghien ciiu va Phat ttien (R&D center) cua cdng ty c^ phan Vicostone. Dp hap thu nude dugc xac dinh theo tieu chuan EN: 14617-1.
Dp ben udn dupe xac dinh theo tieu chuan EN:I46I7- 2 tren may FLEXI (hSng Gabbrielli cila Y) Dp chiu mai mdn sau dugc xac dinh theo tiSu chuSn EN:14617-4 tten may DEEP- Model GT 0109 (hang Gabbnelh ciia Y). Do ben va dap duoc xac dmh theo tteu chuan EN:14671-9 tren may do va dSp ciia Nhat.

3. Ket qua va thao luan

Nhiet do la mdt trong nhung yeu td quan ttgng anh hudng tryc hep den qua trinh epoxy hda D6 xet anh hudng cua nhiSt dd din phan img epoxy hda ta thay ddi nhiSt dd ttong khoang 50 - 70°C, cd dinh tJ le mol BD/HCHOOH/HiOi - 1/0,5/2,5, xilc tac H2SO4 vdi 2 % tdng khdi lugng dung dich HCOOH va H2O2 vdi tdc dd khuSy trdn cd dinh 1000 vdng/phut.
San pham dugc ISy ra dinh ki theo thdi gian, sau khi nia sach va say khd dugc chuan do chi sd lot va ham lugng oxyran de tu dd xac dmh do chuyen hoa ciia ndi ddi va hieu suit phan iing theo ham lugng nhdm oxyran. Ket qua phan tich ham lugng nhom oxyran trinh bay tten hinh 3.

De xet anh hudng ciia ham lupmg H202 den phan ling epoxy hda ta tien hanh phan iing epoxy hda d nhiet do cd dinh 60''C, ty IS mol BD/HCOOH
=1/0,5 va xiic tac axit H2SO4 vdi 2% tdng khdi lugng dung dich H2O2 va HCOOH cdn ham lugng H2O2 thay ddi tir BD/H2O2 = I/l ,5 - 1/3,5 vdi tdc dg khuiy ttgn CO dinh 1000 vdng/phiit. Tien hanh chuan dp san pham DHCS-E, ket qua ham luong nhdm oxyran dupe trinh bay tten hinh 4.

Epoxy hda dau thuc vat ndi chung va dau hat cao su ndi rieng theo phuong phap truyen thdng la phan ling di the vdi pha thii nhat la dau (khdng tan ttong nude) va pha thii hai la dung dich nude ciia H2O2, HCOOH va H2SO4. Phan iing epoxy hda se dien ra tten be mat phan chia pha nen dien tich plian chia pha cang Idn, kha nang tiep xiic giua hai pha cang ldn thi phan img dien ra cang thuan lpi. Dieu nay cd nghia la tdc dp khuay ttdn hdn hpp phan ung se anh hudng rat nhieu den phan iing epoxy hda.
