In group who have had com- plementary liiod: 32",, were introduced at the early age (<4 months old), only 2 % at the right dmc (>=6 months old). 62. l'!'o were fed with poor complementary food .Conclusions: 75% ofthe in- fants have been breastfed but only 17.9% have been exclusively breastfed until 6 months because ofthe constrains of mother's knowledge, maternal diseases, large nipples, and social reasons; over 70% were given formula milk when they were in the first month, 32% were given complementary foods at the early ago (<4 months old), 62.1 % were fed with poor complementary food. All these reasons lead to the condition that the malnutrition rate in group who was not exclusively breastfed is higher than the others.

Qua nghien ciru 165 benh nhan dai thiio duong Typ II dieu tri tai Tmng tam y te du phong Thai Binh, ket qua cho thay ty le mac benh d nam cao hon nu vdi p<0,05, co su khac biet ve ty lc mac benh giiia cac nhom tuoi va tap trung cao hon d nhom tuoi 60-70. Hieu qua kiem soat da yeu to d cac benh nhan dai thao duong duoe theo doi cho thay: Ty le benh nhan chap hanh tot dieu tri la (62,4%), d nliom benh nhan nay c6 mot so chi so nhu Glucose, HbAjC, Cholesterol, LDL-C...

giam ro ret so vdi nhom khong chap hanh dieu tri vdi p<0,05. Cac chi so dugc kiem soat toi uu do la BMI (65,5%), huyet ap (40,0%), cholesterol (32,1%), triglycerid (33,3%o); chi s6 Glucose du-gc kicm soat t6t la 30,3%, HbAlC la 31,5%.

Triglycerides > 2,3 mmol/1; Cholesterol- 66

HDL < 0,9 mmol/l. Dirdng mau binh thudng khi d miic 3,9-6,4inniol/l

* TiSu chuan chan doan DTD: theo IDF va WHO -1999: gdm 1 trong 3 tiSu chi:

Qua bang 1 cho thay: Tdng sd benh nhan dugc nghiSn cim la 165 ngudi benh DTD, trong dd nam la 97 ngudi, chiem 58,8%), cao hon so vdi nir la 68 ngudi chiem 41,2%). Su khac biet nay cd y nghTa thdng kS vdi p<0,05. Cac ddi tugng dugc diSu tra sdng tai viing thanh thi chiem ty IS cao nhat (45,5%o), viing ndng thdn la 29,1% va thap nhat la -vung ven biSn(25,4%).

IV. KET LUAN

/. Mpt so dgc diem cua benh nhdn ddi thdo diro'ng tham gia nghien cim - Ty IS mac DTD d nam cao ban nir ( 58,8%, 41,2%) vdi p<0,05, tap trung cao d nhdm tudi 60-69, cd sy khac biet giira cac nhdm tudi vdi p<0,05.

- Ty IS thira can beo phi chung la 46,0%o, d nam cao ban nii- ( 48,5%o, 42,6%o) vdi p>0,05.

- Ty IS tang huySt ap la 65,5%, nir la 67,6%) cao ban nam (63,9%) vdi p>0,05.

- Ham lugng trung binh ciia glucose, cholesterol TP, triglycerid, cholesterol - HDL d nam cao ban so vdi nii vdi p >

0,05.

2. Hieu qud kiem sodt da yeu td ff cdc benh nhdn DTD dug'c theo doi

Summary

EFFICACY ASSESSMENT OF MULTI-FACTOR CONTROL IN TYPE II DIABETIS PATIENTS ADMITTED TO THAI BINH PREVENTIVE HEALTH CENTER The study was conducted in 165 type II diabetes patients who have been treated in Thai Binh Pre- ventive Health Center The results showed that the prevalence of diabetes was higher in males than in females with p<0.05. There was a difference between the rates of different age groups and it is highest in 60-70 years old. The efficacy of multi-factor control in those patients showed that:

the proportion of compliance was 62.4%, in this group a number of indicators such as blood Glu- cose, HbAjC, Cholesterol, LDL-C... have reduced significantly compared to un-compliance group (p<0.05). The indicators that were optimally controlled are BMI (65.5%,); blood pressure (40.0%), cholesterol (32.1%), triglyceride (33.3%); Blood glucose and HbAlC were well controlled (30.3%, and 31.5%, respectively)

vdi muc tieu nghien cim thuc trang an toan ve sinh thuc pham che bien san tai cac chg trung tam thanh pho Thai nguyen, mot nghien ciru mo ta cat ngang tai hai chg Dong Quang va chg tmng tam ciia thanh pho Thai nguyen. Ket qua: Ty le kem hieu bict cua ngudi che bien va kinh doanh thuc pham ve an toan vc sinh thuc pham con cao (20-67%). Ty le thuc hanh tot ciia ngudi che bien va kinh doanh thuc pham ve an toan ve sinh thuc pham chua cao (28%). Chi so nguy ca 6 nhiem ciia ngudi che bien va kinh doanh thirc pham ve an toan ve sinh thuc pham cao (64% - 81%). Ty le han the trong cac thuc pham che bien san con cao (nhu gid, cha...tir 15,4% den 22,8%).
