The most impo1·tant objects of ·~he

\V elf aTe Council will be:

(a) T ~ncourage and stimulate the activities of constituent bodies of the Council and to promote goodwill and co-oper- ation amongst ·i,hem.

(b) To oll<! e and ci ·culate statis- tics and other information re- lating to the distribution of Chanty and to encourage a prog1·essive 11olicy for the re- habilitation of persons of the Jewish faith.

(c) The Council shall establish and maintain 2. confidential Central case Register and shall act as an Information Bureau.

It is understood that the Organi- sations 'vhich form the constituent body shall retail1 their independence and autonomy and that their author- ity shall not be interfeTed with or detracted in an • manner whatsoeYer.
