NOTICE 102 OF 2012 IIKHARA HAIS MUNICIPALITY
PUBLIC NOTICE: ENACTMENT OF BY-LAWS.
Members of the public are herewith notified in terms of Chapter 4 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the municipality has approved the following By-Laws for application in the jurisdiction area of IIKhara Hais Municipality. Advertising signs; Cemeteries; Caravan parks; Health nuisances; Tariffs, Credit Control and Debt collection; Fireworks; Animals; Accommodation; Dog control;
Fire brigade; Creches; Standing orders; Taxi ranks; Water supply; Swimming pool; Aerial system; Street trading; Electricity; Municipal Commonage; Municipal Swimming pools;
Refuse Removal; Law enforcement; Barbers and hairdresser. The enactment, promulgation and application of these By-Laws are mandated in terms of Section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 and in terms of Section 11 of the Local Government: Municipal System Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000)
Members of the public are also herewith notified in terms of Section 13{b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000) that the By-Laws takes effect on the date of publication thereof in the Provincial Gazette.

OPENBARE KENNISGEWING: SAAMVATTING VAN VERORDENINGE
Leete van die pubJiek word hiermee in terme van Hoofstuk 4 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels Wet, 2000 ryvet 32 van 2000) dat die munisipaJiteit die vOlgende verordeninge vir toepassing i"n die regsgebied van die Khara Hais Munisipaliteit goedgekeur. Advertensietekens, Begraafplase, Uitleg van karavaanparke, Gesondheidsoorlaste, Tariewe, kreetietbeheer, Vuurwerke, Aanhou van diere, pluimvee en bye, Akkomodasie-Instelling, Aanhou van honde, Brandweerdienste, Kinderbewaarplekke, Reglement van orde, Taxistaanplek, Waterverskaffing, Openbare Swembaddens en Spa-baddens, Torings vir Selluh~re Kommunikasie, Beheer oor straathandel, Elektrisiteit, Munisipale meent, Swembaddens, Verwydering van afvalstowwe, Wetstoepassing, Barbier, Haarkappers. Die opvoering, promulgering en toepassing van hierdie Verordeninge is mandaat in terme van Artikel 156 (2) van die Grondwet van die RepubJiek van Suid-Afrika, 1996 en in terme van Artikel 11 van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsel Wet, 2000 (Wet 32 van 2000).
Leetevan die publiek word hiermee in terme van Artikel 13 (b) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelsels Wet, 2000 ryvet 32 van 2000) dat die Verordeninge tree in werking op die datum van publikasie daarvan in die Provinsiale Koerant.
