EVALUATION SCHEDULE

Failure to provide CV and certified copy of qualifications of key personnel indicated on Form L will not be considered.

Ensure that the employer receives the submissions at the address specified in the submission data no later than the closing time stated in the submission data. The employer will not accept submissions submitted by telegraph, telex, facsimile or e-mail, unless otherwise stated in the submission data. Accept that, if the employer extends the closing time stated in the submission data for any reason, the requirements of these conditions for expressions of interest will also apply to the extended deadline.

If necessary, issue supplements that may amend or supplement the submission documents for each respondent during the period from the date of the call for expressions of interest until seven (7) working days before the closing time for the submissions specified in the submission data . If, as a result, a respondent applies for an extension of the closing time stated in the filing, the employer may grant such an extension and shall then notify all respondents. Unless otherwise specified in the submission particulars, send submissions received after the closing time set out in the submission particulars, unopened (unless it is necessary to open a submission to obtain a forwarding address), to the said respondents.

DALRRD intends to establish a database of service providers capable of implementing the supply, delivery and construction of fencing.

In order to achieve this, the Ministry must have a readily available pool of contractors who can be called upon to assist in the rollout of infrastructure (fencing) projects and who can be called upon to assist in the rollout of infrastructure (fencing) projects as and when required. . The aim is to have an immediately available group of contactors who can be called to carry out work in the area Supply, supply and installation of fencing on an as-and-on basis to carry out work on Supply, supply and installation of fencing on an as-and-when basis.
