28. APPROPRIATED RETAINED EARNINGS
Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 40 tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, Perseroan wajib menyisihkan jumlah tertentu dari laba bersih setiap tahun buku untuk cadangan. Penyisihan cadangan tersebut mencapai paling sedikit 20% dari jumlah modal yang ditempatkan dan disetor.
Based on Law No. 40 year 2007 on Limited Liability Companies, the Company is required to allocate a specific amount from its net profit every financial year as a reserve fund. The reserve fund reaches at least 20% of the issued and paid-up capital.

Saham Tahunan Perseroan (notulen dibuat oleh Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn, Notaris di Jakarta Barat, dengan Akta No. 4), memutuskan penggunaan laba bersih 2019 sebagai berikut:
On May 5, 2020, at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the minutes was prepared by Christina Dwi Utami, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn, Notary in West Jakarta, with Deed No. 4) the Company’s shareholder resolved the appropriation of 2019 net income as follows:
a. Sebesar Rp1.200.000 dari laba bersih Perseroan tahun 2019 akan dibagikan sebagai dividen tunai kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan. Pada Desember 2019, Perseroan telah membagikan dividen interim tunai sebesar sekitar Rp303.000.
Selanjutnya pada Mei 2020, Perseroan akan membagikan sisa dividen tunai sebesar sekitar Rp897.000 sehingga setiap saham telah memperoleh dividen tunai dengan total sebesar kurang lebih Rp17,86 (angka penuh), dengan memperhatikan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku;
b. Sebesar Rp100, dialokasikan dan dibukukan sebagai dana cadangan; dan
c. Sisa laba neto akan digunakan untuk menambah modal kerja Perseroan.
a. An amount of Rp1,200,000 of the Company's net profit for the year 2019 will be distributed as cash dividends to the shareholders of the Company. In December 2019, the Company distributed cash dividends in the amount of approximately Rp303,000. Further in May 2020, the Company will distribute the remaining cash dividends in the amount of approximately Rp897,000 so that each share received total cash dividends of approximately Rp17.86 (full amount), with due regard to the prevailing tax regulations;
b. An amount of Rp100 was allocated and recorded as a reserve fund; and
c. The remaining net profit would be used to increase the working capital of the Company.
Berdasarkan Keputusan Direksi tertanggal 4 Desember 2020 dan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan tertanggal 4 Desember 2020, dengan memperhatikan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku, Direksi dengan persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Perseroan, memutuskan untuk membagikan dividen interim untuk tahun buku berjalan 2020 kepada pemegang saham Perseroan yaitu sebesar Rp6 (angka penuh) per saham dan telah dibayarkan tanggal 22 Desember 2020.
Based on Resolution of the Boards of Directors and Commissioners dated December 4, 2020, with due observance to the prevailing tax regulations, the Board of Directors, with the approval from the Commissioners of the Company, decided to distribute interim dividends for the current financial year of 2020 to the shareholders of the Company in the amount of Rp6 (full amount) per share and were paid on December 22, 2020.

a. Sebesar Rp1.400.000 dari laba bersih Perseroan tahun 2020 akan dibagikan sebagai dividen tunai kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan. Pada Desember 2020, Perseroan telah membagikan dividen interim tunai sebesar Rp6 (angka penuh) per saham atau sebesar sekitar Rp299.000.
Selanjutnya pada Juni 2021, Perseroan akan membagikan sisa dividen tunai sebesar sekitar Rp1.100.000 sehingga setiap saham telah memperoleh dividen tunai sebesar sekitar Rp22 (angka penuh) per saham, dengan memperhatikan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku;
