Selain menjabat Komisaris pada PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero), Ayu Sukorini adalah Direktur Strategi dan Portofolio Utang di Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Utang, Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Beliau telah bertugas selama hampir 20 tahun di Kementrian Keuangan dan ditugaskan di berbagai posisi di area Kebijakan Fiskal dan Kebijakan Pengelolaan Obligasi serta Pengelolaan Utang terutama pada bidang Perencanaan dan Penyusunan Kebijakan. Beliau terlibat secara langsung dalam eksekusi penerbitan Obligasi Negara sejak tahun 2003 sampai 2007 baik di pasar domestik dan internasional. Beliau memiliki gelar Master of Arts (MA) dalam bidang ekonomi dari Universitas Colorado, Denver, Amerika Serikat, dan gelar sarjana dalam bidang ekonomi dari Universitas Satya Wacana, Salatiga. Beliau juga telah mengikuti berbagai pendidikan profesional lanjutan yang diselenggarakan beberapa institusi di Singapura, Washington DC, Sydney dan Tokyo dalam area Kebijakan Fiskal, Manajemen Risiko dan Pasar Keuangan. Beliau juga berpartisipasi aktif sebagai penyaji dalam berbagai forum pertemuan pengelola utang di London, Washington, Tokyo dan kawasan regional.
In addition to her role as the Commissioner of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund, Ayu Sukorini is also the Director of Strategy and Debt Portfolio of the Debt Management Office, Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia. For almost 20 years, Ms. Sukorini has been assigned to many important duties in the Ministry of Finance, including in the areas of Fiscal Policy, Government Bond Policy Management and Debt Management, mainly for policy planning and development. She was also actively involved in the execution of the government’s bond issuance in the domestic and international markets from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Sukorini has a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a degree in Economics from Satya Wacana University, Salatiga, Central Java. She has participated in many advanced professional education courses in Fiscal Policy, Risk Management and Interest Rate Market at institutes in Singapore, Washington DC, Sydney and Tokyo. She is also active as a speaker in many international meetings on Debt Management including in London, Washington DC, Tokyo and in South East Asia region.

Sinthya Roesly adalah Direktur Utama PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero). Sebelumnya, beliau bekerja di PT PLN (Persero) selama lebih dari 16 tahun dengan berbagai penugasan mulai dari keuangan korporat, pendanaan, perencanaan korporat dan strategi, komersial, operasi sistem tenaga listrik dan transmisi, serta konstruksi proyek. Selama di PLN, beliau terlibat secara penuh dalam mendapatkan pembiayaan untuk proyek-proyek PLN baik dari lembaga multilateral dan bilateral, termasuk program percepatan pembangkit 10,000 MW, serta pembiayaan dari perbankan domestik dan internasional. Beliau juga terlibat secara aktif dalam pengembangan electricity trading mechanism untuk sistem Jawa-Bali, penyiapan sistem operasi untuk IPP generasi pertama di Indonesia pada akhir tahun 1990, selain keterlibatannya dalam berbagai proses restrukturisasi korporasi dan sektor ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia pada akhir 1990an sampai awal 2000an. Sinthya Roesly pernah menjadi Ketua Kelompok Kerja untuk Energy Market Reform - World Energy Council, Indonesia National Committee dari tahun 2005 – 2006. Sinthya Roesly memiliki gelar Master of Management dari IPMI Business School dan MBA dari Monash University, Australia; gelar MEngSc dalam Power Systems dari University of New South Wales, Australia; dan gelar Sarjana Teknik Elektro dari Universitas Indonesia.
Sinthya Roesly is the President Director of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund. Prior to her current position, Ms. Roesly worked with PT PLN (Persero), the state-owned electricity corporation for more than 16 years. Her various positions ranged from corporate finance, funding, corporate planning and strategy, commerce, transmission and power system operations, as well as project construction. In PLN, Ms. Roesly was involved in securing the financing from multilateral and bilateral agencies for PLN projects, as well as for the 10,000 MW Fast Track Program, and bank loans involving domestic and international banks. She was also actively involved in the development of the electricity trading mechanism in the Java-Bali system, setting up system for operations of the first generation of IPP in Indonesia in the late 1990s, in addition to overseeing corporate and power sector restructuring in Indonesia in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Ms. Roesly was formerly the Head of the Energy Market Reform Working Group, Indonesia National Committee - World Energy Council, 2005-2006. She holds a Master of Management degree from IPMI Business School and an MBA from Monash University, Australia; an MEngSc in Power Systems from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia.

Yadi J. Ruchandi adalah Direktur Operasi dari PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero). Sebelumnya, beliau adalah Wakil Presiden Eksekutif dari sebuah integrated logistics and aviation group dan Direktur Keuangan dari sebuah Perusahaan Penerbangan Swasta. Beliau memiliki pengalaman yang luas di bidang keuangan dan investasi perbankan, serta bekerja diberbagai perusahaan dan organisasi terkemuka termasuk Bank American-Express dan Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional Bank Indonesia. Beliau telah memiliki berbagai pengalaman mulai dari Merger and Acquisition, negosiasi dan restrukturisasi hutang korporat, business turnaround dan pengembangan proyek. Yadi J. Ruchandi adalah seorang Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) dan memiliki gelar dalam bidang teknik mesin dan MBA dari Thunderbird-American Graduate School of International Management, USA.
Yadi J. Ruchandi is the Director of Operations of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund. Prior to his current position, he was executive vice president of an integrated logistics and aviation group and CFO of a private airline. He brings broad experience in the financial sector and investment banking from working in high- profile companies and organizations, including American-Express Bank as well as the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency. He has considerable deal experiences ranging from merger and acquisition, debt and corporate restructuring and negotiation, business turnaround and project development. He is a CFA holder and has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from Thunderbird- American Graduate School of International Management, USA.
Armand Hermawan adalah Direktur Keuangan dan Manajemen Risiko dari PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero). Sebelumnya, beliau menghabiskan kehidupan profesional di perusahaan telekomunikasi raksasa Indonesia, Indosat. Jabatan terakhir beliau di Indosat adalah Senior Vice President (SVP) dan Chief of Group Controlling Office. Selama di Indosat, beliau dipercaya untuk berperan penting dalam transaksi Merger and Acquisition dan aksi korporat lainnya seperti IPO dan penerbitan obligasi syariah. Pada saat beliau di divisi corporate strategy, Indosat mendapatkan award sebagai perusahaan dengan the best strategy dari Asia Money pada tahun 2005. Beliau adalah seorang akuntan terdaftar, memperoleh gelar Master of Commerce and Management (MCM) dari University of Lincoln, NZ dan PhD di bidang keuangan dari University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
Armand Hermawan is the Director of Finance and Risk Management of the Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund. Previously, he spent his professional life in Indonesia’s major telecommunications company PT Indosat, Tbk. His final position in Indosat was Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief of Group Controlling Office. During his tenure in Indosat, he was entrusted to lead M&A transaction and other corporate actions including IPO and Islamic Bond Issuance. During his period in the corporate strategy division, Indosat was selected as the company with the best business strategy by Asia Money in 2005. A registered accountant, Mr. Hermawan obtained a Master’s Degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Lincoln, New Zealand, and a PhD Degree in Finance from University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
