RIWAYAT HIDUP

Penulis dilahirkan di Purworejo pada tanggal 03 Oktober 1992 dari pasangan Kuntoro dan Watini. Penulis adalah putri ketiga dari empat bersaudara. Tahun 2010 penulis lulus dari SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo dan pada tahun yang sama penulis lulus seleksi masuk Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) melalui jalur Undangan Seleksi Masuk IPB (USMI) dan diterima di Departemen Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan, Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian.

Selama menjadi mahasiswa, penulis aktif dalam beberapa organisasi. Penulis aktif dalam organisasi yaitu pernah menjadi anggota FORCES (Forum for Scientific Studies) IPB periode 2010-2013 dan anggota Majalah EMULSI periode 2011-2012. Penulis juga aktif dalam beberapa kegiatan kepanitiaan yang dilaksanakan oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu dan Teknologi Pangan (HIMITEPA), seperti BAUR, ACCES, dan I FOOD DAY. Selain itu penulis juga aktif dalam kegiatan keilmiahan, beberapa pecapaian penulis dalam kegiatan keilmiahan adalah sebagai Finalis Airlangga Ideas competition (2011), Juara 1 LKTIA Festival Ilmuwan Muslim (2013), Juara 3 LKTIA Hassasin (2013), Juara Harapan 3 MTQ Mahasiswa Nasional 2013 cabang Karya Tulis Ilmiah (2013), dan Penerima Dana PKM-P (Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa-Penelitian), Direktorat Jendral Perguruan Tinggi (DIKTI) (2013).

Bulan Februari hingga September 2014 penulis melakukan magang penelitian di Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pascapanen Pertanian dengan judul penelitian Fortifikasi Nanoemulsi Vitamin A Terekapsulasi pada Flakes Berbasis Ubi Kayu.
