2. Distribusi virus H5N1 pada berbagai jaringan tubuh itik menggunakan metode imunohistokimia yang telah dilakukan, memberikan informasi bahwa produk
unggas air (daging, jeroan dan telur) harus dimasak secara benar sebelum
dikonsumsi (pada daging unggas virus AI mati pada pemanasan 56ºC selama 3
jam atau 60ºC selama 30 menit dan pada telur unggas virus akan mati pada suhu
64º C selama 5 menit).
