4.5. Pengujian Hasil Pelatihan
4.5.3. Diuji Dengan Pola Yang Tidak Pernah Dikenali
Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan pola yang pernah dilatihkan tahap selanjutnya jaringan saraf tiruan diuji dengan pola yang tidak pernah dikenali.
Perbandingan keberdekatan antara target (o) berwarna biru dengan hasil prediksi (*) berwarna merah dapat dilihat pada Gambar 4.2. Setelah diuji dengan 10 pola yang tidak pernah dimasukkan ke dalam jaringan saraf tiruan ternyata jaringan masih memberikan hasil yang baik, hal ini tampak dari keberdekatan antara target dengan hasil prediksi.

Dari Tabel 4.11 dapat diketahui bahwasanya dari 10 pola telah diuji (tidak yang tidak pernah dikenali) hanya 1 pola yang keluar dari target yang diharapkan.
Sehingga akurasi prediksi jaringan saraf tiruan untuk pola yang tidak pernah dilatihkan ke dalam jaringan saraf tiruan mencapai 90%.

Dari hasil prediksi seperti Tabel 4.11 yang hanya 9 dari 10 yang dapat
mendekati target yang diharapkan karena ada 1 pola uji (pola nomor 7) yang sangat
berbeda dengan pola-pola yang pernah dilatihkan ke dalam JST backpropagation
sehingga hasil prediksi yang merupakan keluaran dari fungsi aktivasi simoid biner
dari penjumlahan pola input dengan bobot jaringan ditambah bobot bias tidak dapat
mendekati target yang diharapkan.

KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
5.1. Kesimpulan
Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka ada beberapa hal yang dapat disimpulkan antara lain:
1. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan bahwasanya susunan struktur jaringan saraf tiruan yang optimal terdapat pada 192 – 14 – 6 – 4 – 2 – 1. Ini berarti bentuk time delay yang terbaik dari pola pelatihan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat pada time delay 4 hari sehingga jika hasil penelitian ini dilanjutkan sampai tahap implementasi maka keputusan akhir dalam menentukan kondisi motor induksi setelah 4 hari pengambilan data.
2. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan pola pelatihan akurasi prediksi mencapai 100% sedangkan untuk pola uji (tidak pernah dilatihkan) jaringan saraf tiruan mampu memberikan akurasi prediksi hingga 90% hal ini menyatakan bahwasanya hasil penelitian ini telah layak untuk digunakan.
5.2. Saran
1. Pada penelitian ini jaringan saraf tiruan dilatih dengan menggunakan fungsi
aktivasi sigmoid biner baik pada lapisan hidden maupun output layer. Untuk
itu peneliti menyarankan agar pada penelitian berikutnya menggunakan fungsi
aktivasi linear pada lapisan output untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan
fungsi aktivasi tersebut terhadap hasil prediksi dan kecepatan pelatihan.
2. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang digunakan untuk menentukan kondisi motor
induksi khususnya pada stator adalah arus dan temperatur. Untuk itu peneliti
menyarankan agar pada penelitian berikutnya menggunakan variabel getaran
dan suara dalam menentukan kondisi motor induksi karena menurut analisis
peneliti kedua variabel tersebut mampu memberikan tingkat ketelitian yang
lebih presisi dalam mendeteksi tingkat kerusakan yang telah terjadi pada
motor induksi.
