1.5. Subsidiaries
On March 10, 2004 PTPN 10 was establishedPT Dasaplast Nusantara as its subsidiary based on notarial Deed of Mohamad Dahlan Kasim, no 02. Subsidiary is engaged in manufacturing and processing of raw materials and related materials pollypropheline and production of plastic sacks, plastic waring and its development.Most of the marketing production subsidiary is absorbed by the PTPN 10 (holding company), for the others, not only the local market, but also exportedto Singapore, USA, Miura and Australia.
Paid up capital amounted to USD 41.558 billion, - the company with ownership of 70%. On February 2, 2010 in accordance with the Deed of extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Dasaplast Nusantara No. 02 dated 06 February 2010 by the Deed of Ferry Gunawan, SH - Surabaya, on the approval of the sale of shares and changesin the compositionshareholders, have approvedthe sale of shares by 8318 (eight thousandthree hundred and eighteen) shares owned by subsidiary of PT Surya Satria Sembada to PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) in accordance to the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Shares No. 01 dated 06 February 2010.
Pada tanggal 10 Maret 2004 PTPN 10 ikut mendirikan anak perusahaan PT Dasaplast Nusantara yang didirikan dengan Akta Notaris Mohamad Dahlan Kasim nomor 02. Anak perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang produksi dan pengolahan bahan baku dan bahan-bahan terkait pollypropheline dan produksi karung plask, waring plask dan pengembangannya. Sebagian besar pemasaran produksi anak perusahaan diserap oleh PTPN 10 (induk perusahaan), sebagian lainnya selain pasar lokal juga diekspor ke Singapore, USA, Miura dan Australia.
