Ketika giliran masuk tiba, petugas akan mengarahkan Anda untuk masuk ke zona pertama, yakni Taman Pandan. Zona ini berisikan ragam jenis tumbuhan pandan unik yang tersebar di seluruh nusantara, mulai dari Sumatera, Jawa, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Papua.
Kilauan cahaya aneka warna menerangi penjelajahan Anda disini sehingga membuat suasana menjadi hangat, gemerlap dan menghibur. Terdapat pula aneka spot foto yang pas untuk berswafoto.
Selepas dari Taman Pandan, Anda dapat menikmati zona kedua, yakni Taman Meksiko.
Di lokasi ini terdapat ratusan spesies kaktus yang sebagian besar didatangkan dari Amerika Tengah, Amerika Selatan, dan Meksiko.
Di zona ketiga, Anda memasuki Taman Akuatik.
Taman Akuatik termasuk salah satu taman tematik di Kebun Raya yang berisi jenis-jenis tumbuhan air, mulai dari tumbuhan tergenang, tumbuhan tepi air, tumbuhan air mengapung, hingga mangrove yang tersebar di lima kolam berukuran besar.
Di sini juga terdapat area foto estetik, berupa jembatan yang berada di tengah kolam.
