Penerapan GCG di Perseroan dilakukan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip GCG yang diterapkan secara konsisten, menyeluruh dan terpadu sesuai dengan Pedoman GCG yang telah disahkan pada bulan April 2016.
Perseroan senantiasa memastikan bahwa prinsip dasar GCG diterapkan secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan pada setiap aspek bisnis yang meliputi lima prinsip, yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi, serta kewajaran dan kesetaraan, yang dijelaskan sebagai berikut:
The GCG implementation in the Company is based on GCG principles that are applied consistently, comprehensively and in an integrated manner in accordance with the revised GCG Code ratified in April 2016.
The Company constantly ensures that the basic GCG principles are applied consistently and continuously in every aspect of the business that includes five principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness and equality, which are described as follows:
Transparansi Transparency
Prinsip Dasar
Menyediakan informasi yang material dan relevan secara obyektif dengan cara yang mudah diakses dan dipahami oleh Pemangku Kepentingan.
Basic Principle
Providing material and relevant information objectively in a way that is easily accessible to and understood by stakeholders.
Penerapan
Keterbukaan berkaitan dengan kualitas informasi yang disajikan oleh dalam melaksanakan proses pengambilan keputusan dan keterbukaan dalam mengungkap informasi material dan relevan mengenai Perusahaan. Perseroan senantiasa menyediakan informasi yang jelas, akurat dan tepat. Prinsip keterbukaan mencakup transparansi dalam melaksanakan proses pengambilan keputusan dan pengungkapan dalam penyajian (disclosure) informasi yang dimiliki Perseroan. Penerapaannya ditandai dalam penyusunan dan penjelasan kepada publik terkait kinerja usaha dan keuangan secara berkala, rencana pengembangan bisnis, laporan keuangan berkala dan tahunan, hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham dan informasi lain yang wajib disampaikan oleh Perseroan sebagai perusahaan publik.
Implementation
Disclosure is related to the quality of information presented by the Company during decision-making process and the transparency when disclosing material and relevant information regarding the Company. The Company continues to provide information that is clear, accurate and precise. The disclosure principle includes transparency in the decision-making process pertaining to the presentation and disclosure of information owned by the Company. Its implementation is marked by the preparation and public disclosure of business and financial performance on a regular basis, business development plan, periodic and annual financial statements, Annual General Meetings of Shareholders’ resolutions as well as other information that must be provided by the Company as a public company.

Pengelolaan perusahaan secara benar, terukur dan sesuai dengan kepentingan Perseroan dengan tetap memperhitungkan kepentingan Pemegang Saham dan Pemangku Kepentingan lain.
Basic Principle
Sound and measured corporate management in accordance with the interests of the Company with regard to the interests of Shareholders and other Stakeholders.
Penerapan
Adanya kejelasan fungsi, pelaksanaan dan pertanggungjawaban setiap individu yang memungkinkan pengelolaan perusahaan terlaksana secara efektif. Akuntabilitas mencerminkan sistem yang mengendalikan hubungan antara unit-unit pengawasan yang ada di Perseroan, termasuk Dewan Komisaris, dan Direksi berdasarkan ukuran kinerjanya. Prinsip ini mencakup antara lain dengan mengoptimalisasi peran Dewan Komisaris dalam melakukan pengawasan, serta evaluasi dan pengendalian terhadap manajemen guna memberikan jaminan perlindungan kepada para pemegang saham.
Implementation
The clarity of function, performance and responsibility of each individual enables effective corporate management. Accountability reflects the system that controls the relationship between supervisory units within the Company, including the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors based on the scale of their respective performance. This principle includes, among others, the optimization of the Board of Commissioners’ role in monitoring, evaluating, and controlling the management in order to ensure protection to shareholders.

Mengedepankan independen sehingga masing-masing Organ Perseroan tidak saling mendominasi dan tidak dapat diintervensi oleh pihak lain.

Prioritizing independency to ensure that the Company’s Bodies do not dominate each other and invulnerable to intervention by other parties.
Penerapan
Pengelolaan Perusahaan dilakukan secara profesional tanpa benturan kepentingan dan pengaruh/tekanan dari pihak manapun yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan dan prinsip-prinsip korporasi yang sehat.
Implementation
The management of the Company is conducted in a professional manner without any conflict of interest and intervention/pressure from any party that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations and the principles of healthy corporations.
Kewajaran & Kesetaraan
Fairness & Equality
Prinsip Dasar
Memperhatikan kepentingan Pemegang Saham dan Pemangku Kepentingan lainnya berdasarkan prinsip kewajaran dan kesetaraan.
Basic Principle
Acknowledging the interests of Shareholders and other Stakeholders based on the principles of fairness and equality.
Penerapan
Perseroan senantiasa menerapkan asas kewajaran & kesetaraan berdasarkan perjanjian dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di dalam pemenuhan hak-hak para pemegang saham Perseroan (shareholders) dan para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) yang melakukan kerjasama dengan Perseroan.
Prinsip kewajaran dan kesetaraan dilakukan dengan memperlakukan seluruh stakeholder secara berimbang (equal treatment) antara hak dan kewajiban. Perseroan juga memberi kesempatan kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk memberikan masukan bagi kemajuan Perseroan.
Implementation
The Company consistently applies the principles of fairness and equality in accordance with existing agreements as well as applicable laws and regulations in order to uphold the rights of shareholders and stakeholders that cooperate with the Company.
The principles of fairness and equality are applied through equal treatment of all stakeholders based on their respective rights and obligations. The Company also provides all stakeholders with equal opportunity to provide inputs for the progress of the Company.
