B. Saran
1. Untuk Peneliti Selanjutnya
Mengingat keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini maka peneliti sarankan sebagai berikut :
a. Mengganti angka varian tingkat perlakuan pengenceran menjadi varian dalam persen dan menambah lebih banyak jumlah pengenceran.
b. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan seperti menghitung MPN coli terhadap air Zamzam atau melakukan perlakuan terhadap air Zamzam pada bakteri gram positif.
