Yulizar Kasih adalah dosen tetap Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Multi Data Palembang. Pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi (Manajemen) diselesaikannya pada tahun 1990 dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Pendidikan pascasarjana (M.Si) diperoleh dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Andalas pada tahun 1998 dengan mengambil bidang Perencanaan Pembangunan. Kemudian pada tahun 2008 memperoleh gelar doctor (Dr.) dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Andalas Padang dengan spesialisasi Micro Finance. Saat ini mengasuh mata kuliah Pembiayaan Usaha Kecil dan Mikro dan Kewirausahaan. Ratna Juwita adalah dosen tetap Program Studi

Manajemen Universitas Multi Data Palembang. Pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi (Manajemen) diselesaikannya pada tahun 1995 dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tridinanti Palembang. Pendidikan pascasarjana (M.Si) diperoleh dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Sriwijaya Palembang pada tahun 2005 dengan mengambil bidang Ekonomi Sumber Daya Manusia. Kemudian pada tahun 2016 memperoleh gelar doctor (Dr.) dari Program Pascasarjana Universitas Sriwijaya Palembang dengan spesialisasi Ekonomi Sumber Daya Manusia. Saat ini mengasuh mata kuliah Mikro Ekonomi, Makro Ekonomi dan Perekonomian Indonesia.

Retno Budi Lestari adalah dosen tetap dan Ketua Program Studi Manajemen pada Universitas Multi Data Palembang. Pendidikan sejak tahun 2009 hingga sekar ang. Pendidikan magister sains bidang ilmu mana jemen sumber daya manusia diperolehnya dari Progra m Pascasarjana Universitas Jendera l Soedirman tahun 2007. Saat ini mengajar mata kuliah Manajemen Pemasaran dan Entrepreneurship.

Sri Megawati Elizabeth.P adalah dosen tetap Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Multi Data Palembang. Menyelesaikan pendidikan Administrasi Niaga dari Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya pada tahun 2006 dan pada tahun 2009 menyelesaikan kembali pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi konsentrasi Manajemen Keuangan dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya Palembang. Pendidikan Pasca Sarjana (M.Si) di peroleh dari Program Pasca sarjana UNSRI pada tahun 2016 dengan mengambil bidang Akuntansi. Saat ini mengasuh mata kuliah Perpajakan dan Bank Lembaga Keuangan lainnya.

Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone Oppo Di Kota Palembang

Abstract: The purpose of this study (1) To partially analyze the influence of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions at the handphone Oppo stores in Palembang City partial. (2) To analyze factors of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions at the handphone Oppo store in Palembang City simultaneously. In this study the method used is the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale, with a total of 180 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses a purposive sampling method and with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial test (t-test) of product quality variables (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and brand image ( X4) positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneous test (F-test) proved that the independent variables consisting of product quality variables (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and brand image (X4) influence the dependent variable in the form of a purchasing decision (Y). Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Analysis of the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction in Mc Donald’s Ptc branch in Palembang partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is the Mc Donald consumer Ptc Palembang city. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling method with the criteria of consumers who make purchases at least 1 time in Mc Donald branch of Ptc Palembang city and people who are at least 14 years old, so that a sample of 190 respondents is obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the hypothesis. Test results show that Service Quality variables (Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) have a partial and simultaneous effect on Mc Donald Customer Satisfaction in the Palembang City Branch of Ptc.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of products, prices, promotions, facilities and services on KFC fast food restaurant customer satisfaction at Palembang partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are people who buy or consum KFC products in Palembang. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling method, so as to obtain a sample of 196 samples. Research analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study are service products, price, promotions, facilities and service partially and simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perception, motivation, learning and attitudes towards purchasing decisions on Kedai Siru Palembang partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques obtained through questionnaires. The research sample is customers who have shopped at Kedai Siru, amounting to 169 people and choosen by purposive sampling’s techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier analysis with SPSS 23.0. software. The results of this study are perception, motivation, learning and attitudes significantly influence purchasing decisions at Kedai Siru simultaneously. Abstract : The purpose of this analysis to determine the effect of growth rate, firm size, asset structure and profitability on capital structure partially and simultaneously on the Food and Beverage company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. This research approach uses descriptive quantitative methods. The object of research in this study is the Food and Beverage company for the period 2015-2017 on the Indonesia Stock

Exchange (IDX), which is listed consecutively and using financial statements. The research subjects studied were the effect of growth rate, firm size, asset structure and profitability on capital structure. The sample in this study totaling 14 companies were taken by purposive sampling method. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are partially growth rate, firm size and profitability variables have no effect and are not significant on the capital structure variable, while the asset structure variable has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure variable. Simultaneously growth rate, firm size, asset structure and profitability have a positive and significant effect on capital structure.

Abstrack: The purpose of this research to analyze the influence of product, price promotion and ease of use toward online purchasing decisions by partial on Shopee arketplace users in Palembang. Another purpose to analyze the influence of product, price, promotion and ease of use in simultaneously toward online purchasing decisions on Shopee Marketplace users in Palembang. Methods that used to ckollect the data by applying the spread of questionnaire with scales likert, with the sample of the 140 respondents. The kind of research used was descriptive. The technique of the sample collection using nonprobabilty sampling with the method purposive sampling and use the regression analysis of multiple linier with software SPSS 23.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Interest Rates, Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices on banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia (IDX) Period 2015-2018. The population in this study amounted to 45 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2015-2018. The sample in this study amounted to 37 banking companies using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques to test hypotheses. The test results partially show that Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have a significant positive effect on Stock Prices, while Interest Rates and Return On Equity have no significant positive effect on Stock Prices. Simultaneously the variable Interest Rates, Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract : This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on Stock Prices in the financial sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) ). The research method used is an associative method with a quanti-tative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 75 financial sector companies. Determination of the sample using the Purposive Sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the Return on Equity (ROE) variable had no positive and significant effect on the Stock Price. While the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV) variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously the Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV) variables have a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price.
