3.3.2 Industri Kecil dan Kerajinan RT Smale Scale Manufacturing and Home Industries
Metode penghitungan yang digunakan untuk penghitungan adalah dengan metode pendekatan produksi.
Untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah terlebih dahulu mengeluarkan biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membentuk barang dan jasa yang lazim disebut biaya antara.
Data yang digunakan berasal dari Cabang Dinas Perindustrian dan Deperindag Kabupaten Wonosobo serta laporan data penunjang Pendapatan Regional Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Wonosobo.
Persentase biaya antara dan penyusutan diperoleh dari tabel I-O tahun 1990 Indonesia yang telah diupdate. NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000, diperoleh dengan cara deflasi dan sebagai deflator adalah Indeks Harga Perdagangan Besar (IHPB) Industri.

3.4 Listrik, Gas dan Air Bersih 3.4 Electricity, Gas and WatersupplyData produksi yang disajikan untuk sektor ini meliputi data dari Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Kabupaten Wonosobo dan Perusahaan Negara Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Wonosobo, sedangkan sub sektor gas di Kabupaten Wonosobo tidak ada. Nilai produksi masing-masing sub sektor mencakup semua produksi yang dihasilkan dari berbagai kegiatan sesuai dengan ruang lingkup yang dicakup dalam usahanya.
Production data presented for this sector include the data from the National Electricity Company (PLN) Wonosobo regency and the State Water Company (PDAM) Wonosobo regency, while the gas sub-sector in Wonosobo regency does not exist. 3.4.1 Listrik 3.4.1 Electricity
Sub sektor ini meliputi kegiatan produksi dan distribusi listrik baik yang diusahakan oleh PLN maupun non PLN, tetapi masih sulitnya memperoleh data listrik non PLN maka data dasar yang dipakai dalam penghitungan ini memakai data pokok PLN.
Metode yang digunakan untuk penghitungan sub sektor ini menggunakan metode pendekatan produksi. Dengan mengalikan produksi dan harga per KWH yang berlaku pada masing-masing tahun yang diperoleh dari PLN akan didapatkan nilai produksi atas dasar harga berlaku, sedangkan nilai produksi atas dasar harga konstan 2000 diperoleh dengan cara revaluasi.
NTB atas dasar harga berlaku diperoleh dengan mengurangkan biaya antara pada masing-masing tahun bersangkutan, sedangkan NTB atas dasar konstan 2000 dicari dengan mengalikan produksi dengan harga pada tahun 2000, kemudian dikurangi dengan biaya antara. Dalam penghitungan nilai produksi dan biaya antara sub sektor ini diperhitungkan juga listrik yang digunakan sendiri dan yang hilang dalam jaringan transmisi.

3.4.2 Air Bersih 3.4.2 Watersupply
Sub sektor yang dicakup dalam kegiatan ini adalah air bersih yang diproduksi oleh PDAM. Metode penghitungan yang digunakan untuk penghitungan adalah dengan metode pendekatan produksi.
Untuk mendapatkan nilai produksi, NTB dan NTN baik atas dasar harga berlaku maupun atas dasar harga konstan 2000 menggunakan cara yang sama dengan penghitungan sub sektor listrik.
Sub-sectors covered in this activity is the clean water produced by the Regional Water Company. The estimation method used for calculations is by using the production approach.
To get the value of production, and Gross Value Added Net Value Added at current prices are good as well as constant prices in 2000 used the same approach with calculation of the electricity sub-sector.

3.5 Bangunan 3.5 Construction
NTB dari sektor Bangunan diperoleh dengan mengalikan suatu rasio dengan nilai produksi tahun yang bersangkutan.
Besarnya nilai produksi ini diperkirakan sebanding dengan realisasi belanja pembangunan. Sedangkan untuk bangunan yang dikerjakan oleh bukan kontraktor penghitungannya menggunakan metode pendekatan pendapatan.
Data yang dibutuhkan selain dari Survei Konstruksi dan Data Monografi yang dikumpulkan oleh Koordinator Statistik Kecamatan se Kabupaten Wonosobo secara rutin, juga berasal dari Gapensi dan Bapeda Kabupaten Wonosobo.
Penghitungan atas dasar harga konstan 2000 dilakukan dengan cara deflasi dengan deflator Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) kelompok Perumahan.
