3.6.1 Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran Wholesale and Retail Trade
Penghitungan nilai tambah sub sektor perdagangan dilakukan dengan pendekatan arus barang, yaitu dengan cara menghitung besarnya nilai komoditi pertanian, pertambangan dan penggalian, industri serta komoditi impor yang diperdagangkan. Dari nilai komoditi yang diperdagangkan ini diturunkan nilai margin yang merupakan output perdagangan yang selanjutnya dipakai untuk menghitung nilai tambahnya. Rasio besarnya barang-barang yang diperdagangkan dan rasio nilai tambah didapat berdasarkan pada data hasil penyusunan tabel I-O Indonesia 1990 yang telah diupdate.
NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000 diperoleh dengan cara revaluasi, yaitu mengalikan rasio-rasio diatas dengan nilai produksi dari sektor-sektor pertanian, pertambangan dan penggalian, industri dan impor yang dihitung dengan harga pada tahun dasar 2000.
Data produksi untuk perdagangan komoditi daerah Kabupaten Wonosobo diperoleh dari sektor-sektor bersangkutan, sedang-kan data perdagangan antar daerah diperoleh dari Kantor Departemen Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Wonosobo dan BPS Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Gross Value Added at constant prices in 2000 were collected by a revaluation, that is multiplying the above ratios with a value of production from sectors of agriculture, mining and quarrying, manufacturing and imports are calculated at a price in the base year 2000.
Production data for commodity trading Wonosobo regency was obtained from the relevant sectors, whereas the inter-regional trade data obtained from the Office of Trade and Industry Department of Wonosobo regency and Statistics of Central Java Province.

3.6.2 Hotel 3.6.2 Hotel
Sub sektor ini mencakup semua hotel, baik berbintang maupun tidak berbintang serta berbagai jenis penginapan lainnya seperti losmen.
Cara penghitungan ini menggunakan metode pendekatan produksi, yaitu dengan mengalikan jumlah malam kamar dengan tarif per malam kamar.
Data mengenai malam kamar dan tarif per malam kamar diperoleh dari hasil Survei Hotel Bulanan (VHT-S) dan Survei Hotel Tahunan (VHT-L) yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Wonosobo. Nilai produksi atas dasar harga konstan 2000 diperoleh dengan metode revaluasi, yaitu mengalikan jumlah malam kamar tahun yang bersangkutan dengan tarif per malam kamar tahun dasar 2000.

Data pendukung untuk penghitungan nilai tambah sub sektor restoran/rumah makan berdasarkan hasil inventarisasi Penunjang Pendapatan Regional Kabupaten Wonosobo serta Laporan Keuangan Daerah Tk. II (K2) Kabupaten Wonosobo.
Dari laporan tersebut didapatkan indikator banyaknya tenaga kerja yang bekerja di sub sektor ini.
NTB diperoleh dengan mengalikan rasio NTB terhadap output. Rasio ini didapat dari tabel I-O Indonesia 1990 yang diupdate.
Sedangkan NTB atas dasar harga konstan 2000 dihitung dengan cara ekstrapolasi dengan menggunakan Indeks Tenaga Kerja sebagai ekstrapolatornya.
