5.1. Kesimpulan
1. Karakteristik yang memiliki hubungan dengan hasil akhir kemoterapi MTX tunggal pada pasien PTG risiko rendah adalah : Multiparitas, kadar β-hCG pra kemoterapi, adanya metastasis, dan skor FIGO resiko rendah.
2. Kelompok resisten MTX memiliki kadar β-hCG serum pra kemoterapi yang lebih tinggi dari kelompok remisi komplit.
3. Kurva regresi β-hCG pasien remisi komplit lebih cepat mendekati nilai normal dibandingkan dengan kurva regresi β-hCG pasien resisten MTX.
5.2. Saran
Perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bersifat uji diagnostik terhadap kurva regresi pasien remisi komplit ini agar dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk menentukan prognostik penderita penyakit trofoblas ganas risiko rendah yang mendapat kemoterapi metotrexat tunggal.
