A. Kesimpulan

Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi positif yang bermakna antara body fat percentage terhadap kadar trigliserida dengan kekuatan korelasi lemah (p=0,016 dan r=0,314) pada mahasiswa dan kekuatan korelasi sedang (p=0,000 dan r=0,455) pada mahasiswi.

B. Saran

1. Pencarian subjek penelitian sebaiknya dilakukan dengan teknik sampling secara random.

2. Pengukuran antropometri berupa skinfold thickness sebaiknya dilakukan pada bagian abdominal baik pada subjek penelitian pria maupun wanita.
