BAB V KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

A. Kesimpulan

1. Asetonitril mampu menjadi pelarut organik dalam proses ekstraksi

azoxystrobin dalam buah melon, dengan kesalahan ekstraksi 9,1%.

2. SPE C18 merupakan metode clean-up yang baik dalam memisahkan azoxystrobin pada matriks buah melon. Recovery fortifikasi sebelum clean-up

dengan kolom SPE C18 sebesar 84-107%, % RSD 5-14%, % D sebesar

0,633-9,521% dengan kesalahan clean-up sebesar 3,05%.

3. Validasi metode analisis dilakukan pada sampel blanko dan sampel yang di fortifikasi dilakukan pada instrument yang teroptimasi.

a. Kinerja kuantitatif GC teroptimasi adalah rata-rata %D <20%, linearitas 0,9913-0,9997 pada kisaran linearitas 0,0456 ng- 0,912 ng, dengan IDL 0,003 µg/mL - 0,01 µg/mL dan IQL 0,047 µg/mL.

b. Kinerja GC pada ekstrak sampel blanko yang di fortifikasi 0,137 ng- 0,730 ng sebelum di injeksikan memberoleh recovery 93%-117% dan % RSD sebesar 13-20%, % D 1,7-14,8% dengan kesalahan determinasi sebesar 3,87%.

c. Kinerja metode analisis melalui fortifikasi 0,091 ng – 0,684 ng pada buah melon memberikan recovery berkisar antara 84 % - 119% dengan % RSD 17-19%, %D sebesar 0,03-17,1%. Linearity range 0,002 µg/g – 0,014 µg/g dengan LOQ 0,0008 µg/g dan LLMV 0,005 µg/g. Dengan

demikian validasi metode ini memenuhi persyaratan untuk memantau kadar Azoxystrobin dalam buah melon dibawah positif list sebesar 0,01 µg/g.

B. Saran

Perlu adanya pembandingan lebih lanjut suatu hasil proses ekstraksi jika menggunakan PSA.
