Kesimpulan

1. Pada populasi penderita hipertensi dalam pengobatan, pengukuran TD Rumah Sistolik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan derajat disfungsi diastolik yang diukur melalui ekokardiografi

2. Gangguan parameter fungsi diastolik dapat terjadi pada tekanan darah rumah lebih rendah daripada target yang umum digunakan saat ini

Saran

1. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut secara longitudinal untuk menentukan target TD Rumah yang ideal guna mencegah atau memperbaiki disfungsi diastolik sebagai parameter dini kerusakan target organ.

2. Penelitian dengan desain longitudinal berpotensi untuk memberikan gambaran yang lebih lengkap antara hubungan pengukuran tekanan darah rumah dengan derajat disfungsi diastolik seiring perjalanan waktu.
