5.4 Ketebalan Kolagen
Perbedaan rerata ketebalan kolagen pada masing-masing kelompok perlakuan diuji dengan menggunakan uji beda One Way Anova karena data berdistribusi normal dan memiliki varian data yang homogen. Hasil analisis kemaknaan disajikan pada Tabel 5.6.

Tabel 5.5 di atas, menunjukkan bahwa rerata ketebalan kolagen pada kelompok yang diolesi Iodin Povidon 10% adalah 840,99±218,53. Pada kelompok yang diolesi Ekstrak daun jambu biji adalah 1141,33±367,77. Pada kelompok yang diolesi Iodin povidon 10%+ekstrak daun jambu biji adalah 1539,69±429,73. Analisis kemaknaan dengan menggunakan One Way Anova menunjukkan nilai p=0,001 (<0,05) yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rerata ketebalan kolagen antar kelompok perlakuan
