BAB V PENUTUP

C. Saran

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan, ada beberapa saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan, yaitu:

1. Pelatih diharapkan dapat menerapkan latihan complex training dan contras training karena penggunaan metode ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan power atlet taekwondo. Pelatih juga disarankan untuk mengintensifkan latihan complex training dan contras training sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan power atlet taekwondo.

2. Untuk mencapai tujuan meningkatkan kekuatan atlet taekwondo, perlu adanya peningkatan penerapan latihan kompleks dan latihan kontras dengan menerapkannya secara teratur dalam olahraga taekwondo..

3. Atlet taekwondo harus selalu berusaha untuk mampu meningkatkan power dengan cara mengintensifkan latihan complex training dan contras training, sehingga power atlet taekwondo dapat ditingkatkan.
