Komunikasi Perusahaan XL menyediakan kepada pihak luar dan pemangku kepentingan seperti media massa, masyarakat umum, pemerintah, sorganisasi non- pemerintah, dan pelanggan, informasi dan informasi terkini mengenai kegiatan, program, dan pengembangan XL melalui website, buletin bulanan, dan kegiatan hubungan dengan media.
Sepanjang tahun 2013, komunikasi perusahaan XL mengeluarkan 107 siaran pers kepada media nasional dan daerah.
