Lampiran 2. Perhitungan dosis serbuk daun kemangi

Rumus perhitungan konsentrasi serbuk daun kemangi untuk masing-masing dosis yang dilarutkan dalam akuades, sebagai berikut: Konsentrasi = 1. Dosis 1 (0,25 g/kg BB) Konsentrasi = = 12,5 g/ml 2. Dosis 2 (0,50 g/kg BB) Konsentrasi = = 25 g/ml 3. Dosis 3 (1 g/kg BB) Konsentrasi = = 50 g/ml Keterangan :

Konsentrasi (g/ml) : Konsentrasi larutan serbuk daun kemangi yang akan dilarutkan dengan per 1 ml larutan akuades.

Dosis (g/kg BB) : Dosis yang digunakan untuk perlakuan BB (g) : Berat badan tikus sebagai acuan (200 g) V (ml) : Volume lambung mencit acuan (4 ml)

KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN 5.1 Kesimpulan

Pemberian serbuk daun kemangi berpengaruh terhadap durasi fase proestrus, estrus, dan metestrus tikus premenopause kelompok kontrol dibanding dengan kelompok perlakuan. Serbuk daun kemangi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada fase diestrus tikus premenopause. Secara garis besar serbuk daun kemangi memperpendek durasi siklus estrus tikus premenopause yang diindikasi sebagai upaya untuk mengembalikan durasi siklus estrus seperti pada tikus usia produktif. Serbuk daun kemangi berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar MDA baik kadar MDA di serum maupun di ovarium. Penurunan paling signifikan terjadi pada kelompok kontrol dibanding dengan kelompok perlakuan dosis 3.

5.2 Saran

Adapun saran yang dapat dilakukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu:

1. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan rentang waktu pemberian serbuk daun kemangi yang lebih lama.

2. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan pemberian dosis serbuk daun kemangi yang berbeda.
