5.1 Kesimpulan
Nilai rata-rata eritrosit hasil perhitungan flow cytometer tidak sepenuhnya sesuai dengan gambaran populasi eritrosit pada sediaan apus darah tepi.
5.2 Saran
Untuk mengetahui populasi eritrosit yang sebenarnya sebagai pemeriksaan penunjang diagnosis anemia sebaiknya dilakukan pemeriksaan morfologi eritrosit pada SADT karena gambaran eritrosit berdasarkan nilai rata-rata eritrosit tidak sepenuhnya menggambarkan keadaan populasi eritrosit yang sebenarnya.
