Untuk menghadapi tantangan usaha tersebut, Perseroan telah mengembangkan langkah-langkah strategis antara lain efisiensi di semua lini Perseroan dengan membuat beberapa rencana seperti melakukan kajian untuk mengintensifikasikan pelanggan dari yang telah ada saat ini, meneruskan kajian terhadap struktur biaya di proyek sehingga tidak hanya dapat lebih kompetitif dalam tender-tender yang akan diikuti, akan tetapi juga dapat membuat pelaksanaan proyek yang sedang berjalan dapat lebih menguntungkan. Analisa yang sama akan dilakukan terhadap biaya operasional, sementara investasi barang modal akan dilakukan dengan lebih seselektif mungkin.
Prospek usaha Perseroan dalam waktu dekat ini dipengaruhi oleh fluktuasi harga minyak dunia yang
akan berpengaruh pada kemampuan Perseroan untuk
melakukan pengembangan usaha di masa yang akan datang. Di tengah lingkungan bisnis yang kurang menguntungkan bagi industri migas, Perseroan masih tetap berkeyakinan bahwa penurunan harga
migas hanya sementara dan dapat membaik seperti
tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Di sisi lain, Perseroan telah mempersiapkan diri untuk mengantisipasi segala risiko usaha yang mungkin timbul kedepannya. Dengan
adanya prospek usaha yang positif ditunjang dengan
strategi yang dijalankan Manajemen, kami merasa cukup optimis Perseroan akan mencapai hasil yang lebih baik lagi untuk kedepannya.
To face the challenges of the business, the Company has developed strategic steps as follow, efficiency at all levels of the Company to make some plans such as conducting a study to intensify the existing customer, to continue the study of the cost structure of the project so it will not only could be more competitive in joined tenders, but also could make the implementation of ongoing projects more profitable. The same analysis would be operated on operational costs, while investment in capital goods would be done more selectively as possible.
The Company’s business prospects, influenced by fluctuations in world oil prices which would affect the Company’s ability to conduct business development in the future. In the middle of a business environment that was less encouraging to the oil and gas industry, the Company still believes that the decrease in oil prices was temporary and could be improved as shown in previous years. On the other hand, the Company has been preparing to anticipate all the business risks that might arise in the future. With the prospect of a positive business strategy that supported by management, the Company feel fairly optimistic that would achieve better results for the forthcoming.

Pemangku Kepentingan merupakan salah satu faktor utama bagi keberlangsungan Perseroan.
Menutup laporan ini, atas nama seluruh jajaran Direksi, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pemegang Saham, Dewan Komisaris serta Direksi atas dukungan dan arahan yang telah diberikan kepada kami. As a public company, the Company recognizes its responsibility to implement the Corporate Governance of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously, and kept trying to make it as the cornerstone of the Company to grow and develop. The Company believes that adopted the principles of Good Corporate Governance by management of the Company, would maintain the credibility of the Company in the presence of stakeholders, especially the Company’s Shareholders and Stakeholders. The trust of stakeholders is one of the main factors for the sustainability of the Company.

Bapak Ahmad Ganis adalah salah satu pendiri Radiant Group dan Presiden Komisaris Perseroan. Beliau meraih gelar sarjana Teknik Kimia dari Institut Teknologi Bandung tahun 1970 dan memulai karir sebagai Asisten Manajer di Sucofindo tahun 1971 dengan posisi terakhir
sebagai Direktur (1977).
Mr. Ahmad Ganis was one of the founders of Radiant Group and President Commissioner of the Company. He earned a chemical engineering degree from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1970 and started his career at Sucofindo as Assistant Manager in 1971. His last position in Sucofindo was Director (1977).
