Pendapatan penjualan tenaga listrik didasarkan pada tarif dasar listrik yang ditetapkan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia.
Revenue from sale of electricity is based on basic electricity tariffs determined by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Tidak terdapat penjualan kepada pelanggan
dengan jumlah melebihi 10% dari penjualan tenaga listrik.
The Company has no customer from which it obtains its revenue of more than 10% of total sale of electricity.
38. SUBSIDI LISTRIK PEMERINTAH 38. GOVERNMENT’S ELECTRICITY SUBSIDY
Pemerintah Republik Indonesia memberikan subsidi listrik kepada pelanggan melalui
Perusahaan. Tatacara penghitungan dan
pembayaran subsidi listrik Tahun Anggaran 2007 ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia (PMK) No. 111/PMK.02/2007 tanggal 14 September 2007 yang diperbaharui dengan Peraturan No. 162/PMK.02/2007 tanggal 17 Desember 2007. Peraturan ini juga berlaku untuk subsidi tahun anggaran 2009 dan 2008 sampai ditetapkannya peraturan pengganti. Subsidi listrik dihitung dari selisih negatif antara harga jual tenaga listrik rata-rata (Rp/kWh) dari masing-masing golongan tarif dikurangi Biaya Pokok Penyediaan (BPP) tenaga listrik (Rp/kWh) pada tegangan di masing-masing golongan tarif dikalikan volume penjualan (kWh) untuk setiap golongan tarif. BPP tenaga listrik dihitung berdasarkan formula, termasuk tingkat susut jaringan transmisi dan distribusi, yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral c.q. Direktorat Jenderal Listrik dan Pemanfaatan Energi.
The Government of Republic of Indonesia has provided electricity subsidy to customers through the Company. Procedure for the calculation and payment of electricity subsidy for budget year 2007, is initially set in the Regulation of Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia
No. 111/PMK.02/2007 dated September 14,
2007, which has been amended by Regulation No. 162/PMK.02/2007 dated December 17, 2007. The rule is also effective for subsidy budget year 2009 and 2008 until such rule is changed. The electricity subsidy is computed as the negative difference between the average sales prices (Rp/kWh) of each tariff category less the cost of electricity supplies on the voltage for each tariff category multiplied by the electricity sales volume (kWh) of each tariff category. The cost of electricity supplies is computed based on the formula, including the rate of transmission and distribution losses which is determined by the Directorate General of Electricity and Energy Consumption under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Berdasarkan Surat Pengesahan Daftar Isian Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DIPA), pagu tertinggi subsidi listrik tahun anggaran 2009 ditetapkan sebesar Rp 40.481.529 juta, termasuk 1% margin diatas biaya pokok penyediaan tenaga listrik.

tanggal 2 Oktober 2009 Pemerintah meningkatkan pagu tertinggi subsidi listrik tahun 2009 menjadi Rp 43.139.344 juta, termasuk 5% margin subsidi atas biaya pokok penyediaan tenaga listrik. Selanjutnya, pada tanggal 21 Desember 2009, Pemerintah telah meningkatkan pagu tertinggi subsidi listrik tahun 2009 menjadi Rp 45.139.344 juta.
Based on the Approval Letter of Budget Performance List (DIPA), the electricity subsidy plafond for budget year 2009 amounted to Rp 40,481,529 million, which includes 1% margin above the costs of supplied electricity. Based on the revised APBN Budget Year 2009
and letter from Minister of Finance
of the Republic of Indonesia No. S-588/MK.02/2009 dated October 2, 2009,
the Government has approved increased of the electricity subsidy plafond to Rp 43,139,344 million which includes 5% margin above the costs of supplied electricity. Subsequently, on December 21, 2009, the Government has increased the 2009 electricity subsidy plafond to Rp 45,139,344 million.
Berdasarkan DIPA tahun anggaran 2010, pagu tertinggi subsidi listrik ditetapkan sebesar Rp 55.106.300 juta dengan margin sebesar 8% berdasarkan Undang-undang No 2 tahun 2010 perubahan Undang-undang No 47 tahun 2003 tentang APBN tahun anggaran 2010.

Perusahaan melakukan penghitungan dan
mengakui subsidi listrik tahun 2010 dan 2009 berdasarkan formula di atas yang menghasilkan jumlah subsidi listrik sebesar Rp 41.895.166 juta tahun 2010 dan Rp 38.789.557 juta tahun 2009.
Besarnya subsidi listrik dalam satu tahun anggaran secara final ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil audit atas ketaatan penggunaan subsidi listrik yang dilakukan oleh auditor yang ditunjuk Menteri Keuangan c.q. Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran. Jumlah subsidi listrik final tersebut dapat berbeda dengan jumlah subsidi listrik yang
telah diakui sebagai pendapatan oleh
Perusahaan.
The Company computed and recognized the 2010 and 2009 electricity subsidy in accordance with the above formula resulting to the electricity subsidy amounts of Rp 41,895,166 million in 2010 and Rp 38,789,557 million in 2009. The final amount of electricity subsidy in a budget year is based on the result of the compliance audit of the usage of the electricity subsidy performed by an auditor assigned by the Directorate General of Budget under the Ministry of Finance. The final amount of the electricity subsidy could be different from the amount of electricity subsidy which had been recognized as revenue by the Company.
