C. Saran

3. Bagi perawat

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perawat diharapkan untuk tetap meningkatkan seta mempertahankan kemampuan self monitoring dan juga sikap customer orientation yang dimiliki, karena hal tersebut akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kepuasan pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh pasien sehingga membentuk hubungan jangka panjang dengan pasien.

Dengan hormat,

Saya, Nia Sulastry Siagian, mahasiswa tingkat akhir di

Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Sanata Dharma saat ini sedang

melaksanakan penelitian dalam rangka memenuhi syarat

kelulusan S1. Saya ingin memohon bantuan dan kesedian

saudara meluangkan waktu sejenak untuk mengisi kuisoner

(skala psikologis) yang telah disediakan dan terdiri dari dua

bagian. Saudara diharapkan dapat mengisi identitas diri

terlebih dahulu sebelum memulai mengisi kuisoner.

Kuisoner diawali dengan sebuah petunjuk pengisian.
