B. Rekomendasi

Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada anggota komunitas, Radio SE 88.1 FM, praktisi bimbingan dan konseling, dan peneliti selanjutnya.

1. Bagi anggota komunitas

Agar aspek-aspek positive youth development menetap dan berkembang pada setiap anggota komunitas, antara lain sebagai berikut :

a. Anggota komunitas disarankan menggunakan keterampilan dan kompetensi yang telah dikuasai dalam keseharian ataupun kegiatan komunitas. Pembiasaan yang dilakukan akan menguatkan perilaku dan karakter pada setiap aspek positive youth development.

b. Memelihara struktur dan pola interaksi komunitas yang sehat. Keberhasilan intervensi serta terminimalisirnya hambatan disebabkan oleh struktur yang jelas, pola interaksi yang sehat, dan suportif.

2. Bagi Stasiun Radio

Pola pengembangan anggota komunitas dapat digunakan oleh lembaga radio sebagai media remaja untuk mecapai positive youth development. Pengembangan remaja melalui lembaga radio perlu dapat dilakukan melalui memberikan tantangan yang menuntut berpikir kreatif, adanya kesempatan untuk mengemukakan pendapat dan ide, serta kesempatan untuk terlibat melayani kebutuhan masyarakat atau lingkungan sekitar remaja.

3. Bagi praktisi bimbingan dan konseling

Bagi praktisi bimbingan dan konseling yang akan mengimplementasikasn bimbingan dan konseling komunitas untuk mendukung positive youth

a. Mampu menrancang program yang menantang dan memberi kesempatan kepada anggota komunitas untuk menunjukkan kemampuan diri, serta belajar mengembangkan keterampilan dan kompetensi di dalam kegiatan komunitas.

b. Memahami karakteristik kebutuhan keterampilan psikologis anggota komunintas, sehingga dapat berperan sebagai psiko-edukator

c. Memhami polai interaksi, permasalahan sosial, dan ekspektasi setiap anggota komunitas, sebagai landasan dalam mengintervensi lingkungan suportif bagi komunitas

d. Memiliki kemampuan advokasi, konsultasi, dan koordinasi dalam melibatkan berbagai pihak, terutama orang dewasa untuk membantu anggota komunitas mencapai keterampilan pada setiap aspek positive

youth development.

4. Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya

Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat meneliti kemungkinan bimbingan konseling komunitas diintergrasikan dengan kehidupan akademik remaja. Positive youth

development idealnya mengintergrasikan berbagai aspek kehidupan remaja,

termasuk akademik dan keluarga.
