Tahun ke dua dan ketiga pada penelitian ini akan fokus terhadap pengembangan fasilitas pendukung dan pengembangan tangki LNG tipe cylindrical. Fasilitas pendukung dapat berupa cargo handling dan filling station, kedua hal ini akan dilakukan kajian feasibility study terhadap aspek teknis dan kelayakan ekonomi.
