Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan kesimpulan yang dikemukakan, maka peneliti mengemukakan beberapa saran. Saran-saran tersebut yaitu :

1. Saran Metodologis

Bagi peneliti yang tertarik melakukan penelitian mengenai self-efficacy dan

work engagement ataupun melakukan penelitian sejenis maupun mengembangkan penelitian ini, hendaknya memperhatikan hal-hal berikut ini :

a. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti work engagement di KPPBC

X Medan agar dapat menguji variabel job resources sebagai faktor lain

work engagement

b. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti work engagement dan self

efficacy sebaiknya menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random.

c. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan instruksi tes langsung

kepada subjek penelitian ketika sudah mendapatkan izin dilakukannya penelitian dari instansi.

2. Saran Praktis

Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti memberikan saran yaitu :

a. Bagi para pegawai KPPBC X Medan agar dapat saling memberi pujian

antara atasan dan bawahan. Selain itu, para pegawai juga dapat melakukan

sesi berbagi pengalaman (sharing) antara para pegawai yang mendapat

penilaian kinerja terbaik dengan pegawai lainnya. Hal ini diharapkan dapat

meningkatkan self-efficacy pegawai yang nantinya juga dapat memberikan
