BAB V PENUTUP A. Simpulan

Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan

Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT PLN (Persero)

Sidoarjo. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data dengan teknik Kendall-Tau diketahui signifikansi sebesar 0,038 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima, dan Ho ditolak.

B. Saran

1. Bagi Perusahaan

Baiknya perusahaan tetap menjaga iklim organisasi yang positif, sehingga dapat memunculkan perilaku organizational citizenship behavior

yang dapat meningkatkan kemajuan sebuah perusahaan. 2. Bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya

Disarankan peneliti selanjutnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas aitem yang akan dibuat agar dapat memunculkan respon atau keadaan subjek yang sebenarnya.
