6.2 Saran

1. Indeks volume aliran vena lienalis terhadap kecepatan aliran vena porta hendaknya diukur secara rutin pada pemeriksaan ultrasonografi abdomen pasien sirosis hati.

2. Pada pasien dengan sirosis compensated, selain indeks tersebut, volume aliran vena lienalis sebaiknya juga dipertimbangkan sebagai indikator adanya varises terkait sensitifitasnya yang lebih tinggi dalam membedakan kelompok varises kecil dan non varises.

3. Nilai titik potong indeks dan volume aliran vena lienalis yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai upaya deteksi dini varises pada pasien sirosis hati, sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk melakukan :

a. Follow-up intensif pada kelompok varises kecil dengan sirosis compensated

b. Inisiasi profilaksis dini pada kelompok varises kecil dengan sirosis decompensated

c. Pemeriksaan lanjutan dan profilaksis yang agresif pada kelompok varises besar
