B. Saran

Saran dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari saran teoritis, saran metodologis dan saran paraktis yaitu:

1. Saran Teoritis

Beradasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa saran yang peneliti berikan agar menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagai peneliti berikutnya, antara lain sebagai berikut:

a. Melakukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang berhungan sengan need for achievement terutama yang berhubungan wanita, seperti fear of success, cinderrela compleks dan konflik wanita dalam bekerja.

b. Melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut lagi mengenai cara meningkat need for achivement didalam bidang pekerjaan yang lebih beragam lagi.

2. Saran Metodologis

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat saran yang peneliti berikan agar menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi penelitian berikutnya, antara lain sebagai berikut :

a. Penelitian selanjutnya yang menggunakan budaya organisasi hendaknya memperhatikan terlebih dahulu jenis teori budaya organisasi yang akan digunakan sebagai alat ukur apakah sesuai dengan tempat penelitian, sehingga dapat mengukur tujuan dari penelitian

b. Sebelum melakukan penelitian hendaknya kelakukan survey terlebih dahulu untuk mengetuhi tata cara penelitian disebuah organisasi maupun instasti tertentu.

3. Saran Praktis

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa saran untuk memperhatikan pemahaman budaya organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi, diantaranya adalah sebagai berikut:

a. Organisasi harus tetap mempetahan budaya organisasi yang mendukung para polisi wanita untuk terus meningkatkan prestasi mereka agar dapat setara dengan rekan kerja sesama polisi pria. Dukungan tersebut seperti dukungan atasan dan sistem promosi dan kenaikan pangkat yang terbuka untuk setiap polisi wanita.

b. Organisasi polri diharapkan untuk memberikan kesempatan promosi bagi setiap polisi wanita yang menunjukkan prestasi kerja dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan para polisi wanita dalam bekerja terturama pada polisi wanita didaerah.
