1. Perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap struktur kimia florotanin apa saja yang terkandung dalam fraksi etil asetat dengan spektrofotometer IR dan GC-MS. 2. Perlu dilakukan langkah optimasi kondisi prosedur metode Folin-Ciocalteau

dalam skripsi ini seperti pH dan suhu saat reaksi agar diperoleh hasil scan

panjang gelombang maksimum yang sama untuk tiap konsentrasi baku. 3. Perlu dibandingkan validitas metode penetapan kadar dengan metode Folin-

Ciocalteau ini dengan metode analisis senyawa fenolik lainnya seperti dengan AlCl3, FAS (Ferri Amonium Sitrat).
