BAB 6 KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

6.2 Saran

1. Institusi pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sistem pencatatan ataupun dokumentasi data rekam medis agar terdapat keselarasan antara jumlah pasien yang terdaftar di rumah sakit dengan data yang terdapat dalam rekam medis.

2. Isi rekam medis sebaiknya dapat dicantumkan secara lengkap mulai dari pemeriksaan awal berupa anamnese sampai pengobatan sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan saat mengambil data berupa data tidak lengkap atau terkesan rancu.

3. Pelayanan berupa edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah orang yang beresiko tinggi yaitu orang yang berumur >50 tahun, orang yang terpapar dengan sumber infeksi hati termasuk tenaga kesehatan dan orang yang memiliki kecanduan terhadap alkohol mengenai gambaran klinis sirosis hati, faktor resiko penyebab sirosis hati serta pencegahan terhadap sirosis hati.
