5.2. SARAN

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perlu dilakukan identifikasi komponen antibakteri yang berperan dalam penghambatan bakteri EPEC K1.1. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan uji jumlah bakteri probiotik yang ada di dalam yogurt agar diketahui jumlahnya. Kajian aktivitas antidiare juga dapat diperdalam dengan pengujian mekanisme penempelan bakteri probiotik dan EPEC pada saluran pencernaan menggunakan model sel Caco-2.
